Project overview

In a multi-store network, stock-outs were often caused not by missing demand, but by slow translation of store sales into replenishment decisions. The retailer needed a standard operating model in which POS sales data is uploaded centrally, replenishment is scheduled on a predictable cadence, and the system can generate the follow-on documents required to move product from source to store.
